Daikin Spare Parts Centre eShop Terms and Conditions

 


DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING(HONG KONG) LTD.(here in after‘ DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (HONG KONG) LTD.’,‘the company’, ‘us’,‘we’ or ‘our’)provides the content and services on DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (HONG KONG) LTD. eShop website (here in after ‘eShop’).By accessing and purchasing in the eShop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

 

1.   Order Verification

After receiving your order, we will check the information provided by the customer for validity. We will also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased, without giving any explanations. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive a notification of order cancellation.

 

2.   Payment

After customers have completed the order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in Paypal Online Payment Service and we will not capture user's credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.

 

3. Delivery Arrangement

3.1    Pick-up at Daikin Spare Parts Centre.

3.1.1   We will send customers an SMS to confirm collection of order. For order enquiries, please call(+852) 2570 9233 or email to spareparts@daikin.com.hk.

 

 

3.1.2     Customers shall collect the products within 5 working days after receiving our collection notification. Otherwise, the product(s) will be returned to Daikin Spare Parts Centre, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should collect the product(s) at Daikin Spare Parts Centre. The order will automatically be cancelled and uncollected product(s) will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.

3.2    Pick-up at S.F. Express Service Centre or S.F. Store.

3.2.1 S.F. Express will send customers an SMS to notify order pick-up.

3.2.2 For S.F.Express orders, please enter your way bill number (tracking code in

shipping confirmation email) on S.F. Express website to track and trace your

order delivery status. If you have any further enquiries, please contact S.F.

Express customer service hotline at (+852) 27300273.

 

3.2.3 If customers do not collect the product(s) within the specific period provided by

S.F. Express, the product(s)will be returned to Daikin Spare Parts Centre, a

storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should

collect the product(s) at Daikin Spare Parts CentreThe order will automatically be

cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month

and no refund will be made.

 

 

4. Not for Resell

All products sold at eShop are for end-users only. All illegal purpose is prohibited. If we have any suspicion on the usage of the purchased items, DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (HONGKONG LTD. reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

 

 

5. No Refund, Return or Exchange of purchased items

All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures.

 

6.  Third Parties Products

We may have products sold in our eShop which are operated by the third party merchants. If you want to use, order or receive any of them, please note that we do not represent or warrant that the information contained in eShop provided by third party merchants will be accurate, complete or reliable. We will not compensate in any format for all direct or indirect loss caused by third parties products.

 

In case of dispute, DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (HONG KONG) LTD. reserves the right for final decision.

 

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
